i don't like these things they are suppose to be a smart floor and adapt to the worker's, so their speed will adjust according to the worker's pace. but that doe snot happen no matter how you pick KIVA will never increase from a maximum speed so instead of speed get a way to have these little robot work more efficiently. : Hanser19

I was driven here by Don Tapscott with the promise that I would see the demise of humans but the warehousing process is incredibly under automated! Flat pack boxes that need humans to put them together, humans to put objects into the boxes, and place mailing details onto the box. The point being not that humans are still needed, but that these engineers haven't fully automated some processes that could easily be taken off the humans. Hopefully there will still be some employment out there! : pogopatterson42

The most tie consuming part of warehouse is the fetching and storing of items, so that's why they choose to automate that part. The technology to fully automate exists but it's cheaper to pay someone 8 bucks an hour than buy a 90k robotic arm. And I think for this particular warehouse, since they deal with high end orders they still need to rely on humans for the packaging : Atip Y
I feel great even for my use. I have a guitar workshop and use many tools, and arrange them in place is very hard ... At the end of several months ends all messy. It would be nice to have a robot to bring me the tools I need to work on a specific job and then at the end, take them for use at another time ... : German P
